Rice Instructions

Adapted from

  • 2 c water, boiled
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 1 c long-grain white rice, uncooked
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil, about 10 minutes. Stir in salt. Then, add rice. Reduce heat and cover for 20 minutes, or until all water is absorbed. Fluff lightly with a fork. Serve with desired dish.
