onions, chopped and cooked

buttery crackers, crushed fine

Sriracha sauce

ground chicken breast skinless
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked onions, egg, cracker crumbs, sauce, salt, and ginger. Mix well. Add chicken until combined. Shape into meatballs. In a non-stick skillet, cook meatballs just until browned on all sides. Place each meatball onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through. If desired, serve over your favorite sauce with cooked pasta. Yields: 26 meatballs
