Welcome! I have personally tried each and every recipe posted on this site. The majority are low-fat recipes containing less than 35% calories from fat which conforms to current USDA Dietary Recommendations. I have, however, included a few recipes which are not low-fat that I use a few times a year. These recipes will have the symbol in front of the name and will display a warning letting you know that they are not low-fat recipes. In almost all cases, I have modified the original recipes in an attempt to reduce the fat while still preserving the flavor. If you have any questions, you can email me via the Comments page.
