Malted Milk Bark

  • 5 ozs milk chocolate
  • 5 ozs chocolate flavored coating
  • 1/4 cup malted milk powder
  • 4 ozs malted milk balls, chopped
  • 4 ozs malted milk balls, halved
Malted Milk Bark
In a double boiler, melt both types of chocolate until smooth. Add four ounces chopped malted milk balls to chocolate mixture. Mix well. Spoon mixture evenly onto a baking sheet, lined with wax paper. Sprinkle remaining halved malted milk balls evening on top, pressing lightly into chocolate mixture. Chill for 30 minutes, or until chocolate is firm to the touch. Break into pieces to serve. Note: The serving sizes will depend on how big you break into pieces.
