Granola Whole Wheat Waffles

Adapted from

  • 3 cups low-fat baking mix
  • 1 cup lowfat granola, crushed
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups fat-free milk
  • 3 tbsps olive oil
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 12 ozs fat-free plain yogurt
Granola Whole Wheat Waffles
Heat Belgian waffle iron and spray with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine baking mix, granola, flour, milk, oil, eggs, and yogurt. Mix until all is moistened. Pour half cup batter per waffle onto center of hot waffle iron. Bake for four minutes, or as directed from your waffle iron instructions.
