Tuna Skillet Supper

1 oz ranch salad dressing mix, dry 8 ozs elbow macaroni, cooked and drained 
8 ozs fat-free cream cheese, softened 2 c frozen peas, thawed 
1 c fat-free milk 12 ozs tuna in water, drained and flaked 
In a mixing bowl, combine dressing mix, cream cheese, and milk. Mix until smooth. In a skillet, combine dressing mixture, cooked macaroni, peas, and tuna. Cook until heated through.
