Make it Easy Manicotti

10  ozs  frozen spinach, thawed and drained  1  tsp  oregano 
14 1/2 ozs  no-salt-added whole tomatoes, undrained and cut up  1/4 tsp  black pepper 
8  ozs  tomato sauce  1/4 tsp  garlic powder 
6  ozs  tomato paste  15  ozs  fat-free cottage cheese 
1/2 cup  water  6  ozs  mozzarella cheese, shredded 
1 1/8 tsp  salt  1/4 cup  Parmesan cheese 
1  tsp  pizza seasoning  1  whole  egg 
1  tsp  granulated sugar  10  whole  manicotti pasta, uncooked 
In a 2-quart glass dish, combine tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, half cup water, salt, pizza seasoning, sugar, oregano, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cover and microwave on high for four minutes, or until mixture is hot, stirring once during cooking time. Set aside; covered. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, one cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, and spinach. Mix well. Stuff 1/4 cup mixture evenly into uncooked manicotti shells. Arrange stuffed shells into a 11"x7" glass dish. Pour sauce evenly over shells. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for eight minutes, rotating dish once during cooking time. Cover and cook again on medium for 11 minutes, or until noodles are cooked, rotating dish twice during cooking time. Sprinkle top evening with remaining cheese. Microwave, uncovered, on high for two minutes, or until cheese has melted. Let stand five minutes before serving.
