Western Wagon Wheels

Adapted from 101 Pasta Recipes

  • 1 lb ground chicken breast
  • 2 cups wagon wheel pasta, uncooked
  • 14 1/2 ozs stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 cups water
  • 10 ozs frozen corn, thawed
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
In a large skillet, cook chicken until no longer pink. Stir in pasta, tomatoes, water, corn, barbecue sauce, salt, and black pepper; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes, or until pasta is done, stirring occasionally.
