Turkey Macaroni Salad

Adapted from Mr. Food Cooks Chicken

  • 1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1 1/2 c hard-boiled egg whites, cooked and chopped
  • 1 c celery, sliced
  • 2 c light mayonnaise
  • 16 ozs turkey light meat, skinless, skinless
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Place cooked macaroni in a mixing bowl. Stir in egg whites, celery, mayonnaise, turkey, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Refrigerate two hours, or until ready to serve.
