Tuna Parmesan Twist Salad

Adapted from Tree House Foods, Inc.

  • 12 ozs rotini pasta, cooked and drained
  • 8 ozs light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsps fat-free milk
  • 2 ozs parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp lemon peel, grated
  • 12 ozs tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 10 ozs frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and cooked
Tuna Parmesan Twist Salad
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked cooled pasta, mayonnaise, milk, parmesan cheese, hot pepper sauce, lemon peel, tuna, and broccoli. Mix until all is well coated. Cover and chill several hours before serving.
