Tuna & Pasta Salad

Adapted from Land O Lakes Collector Series, Pasta!

  • Salad:
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 4 ozs frozen peas, thawed
  • 15 ozs tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 8 ozs bow tie pasta, cooked and drained
  • Dressing:
  • 5 ozs light mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Tuna & Pasta Salad
In a skillet, cook celery, onions, and peas until tender. Cool. In a mixing bowl, combine vegetables, cooked pasta, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Chill several hours before serving.
