Ten Minute Chili

Adapted from Del Monte Foods

  • 1 lb ground chicken breast, skinles
  • 1/2 c onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 14 1/2 ozs Chili Style tomatoes, undrained
  • 15 ozs no-salt-added tomato sauce
  • 16 ozs canned dark red kidney beans, drained
In a stockpot, cook chicken, onions, and bell peppers until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in chili powder, salt, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beans. Mix well and bring mixture to a boil. Simmer five minutes, or until heated through.
