Swiss N Turkey Casserole

Adapted from Kraft, Holiday Homecoming Festive Recipes

  • 16 ozs turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed
  • 1 c reduced fat Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 c croutons
  • 2 c celery, sliced
  • 1 c light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c fat-free milk
  • 1/2 c onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c bell peppers, chopped
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, cheese, croutons, celery, mayonnaise, milk, onions, and bell peppers. Spoon into prepared dish. Bake for 40 minutes or until heated through.
