                                egg noodles, cooked and drained

                                frozen spinach, thawed and drained

                                fat-free cottage cheese

                                1/2 cup
                                parmesan cheese, grated

                                4     ozs
                                light sour cream

                                1     tsp
                                salt
                            
- 
                                1     tsp
                                pizza seasoning
                            
- 
                                1/2 tsp
                                black pepper

                                1     ozs
                                Panko bread crumbs
                            
 
                    
             
            
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles, spinach, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, sour cream, salt, pizza seasoning, and black pepper. Mix well. Spread mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake, covered, for 35 minutes, or until heated through.
