                                turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, celery, onions, and bell peppers. Stir in gravy mix, chicken broth, milk, salt, and black pepper. Pour into prepared dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
