                                chicken breast halves skinless

                                low-fat spaghetti sauce

                                8     ozs

In a shallow bowl, beat egg until foamy. In another shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, pizza seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture, then dip in crumb mixture until well coated. Place coated chicken pieces into a 3-quart slow cooker. Pour spaghetti sauce evenly over top chicken in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for five hours, or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve chicken mixture over cooked pasta
