Slow Cooked Cabbage Soup

Adapted from One Dish Meals Cookbook

  • 1 lb ground chicken breast, skinless
  • 3 cups canned tomato juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 16 ozs coleslaw mix
  • 16 ozs salsa
  • 12 ozs frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 tsp pizza seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
Slow Cooked Cabbage Soup
In a skillet, cook chicken until no longer pink. Place chicken in a 5-quart slow cooker. Stir in tomato juice, water, coleslaw mix, salsa, corn, pizza seasoning, and salt. Mix well. Cover and cook for three hours, or until heated through.
