Skillet Red Potatoes

Adapted from Taste of Home

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb red potatoes, cut in 1/2" pieces
  • 6 ozs red potatoes, cut in 1/2" pieces
  • 1 1/2 tsps parsley
  • 1 1/2 tsps garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsps onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
Skillet Red Potatoes
In a large skillet, heat oil. Add potatoes. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Mix well. Cook and stir for 10 minutes, or until potatoes are browned.
