                                  16 ozs
                                turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed
                            
 
                            - 
                                   4 ozs
                                canned mushrooms, rinsed and drained
                            
 
                            - 
                                  10 3/4 ozs
                                low-fat cream of mushroom soup
                            
 
                            - 
                                   1 cup
                                light sour cream
                            
 
                            - 
                                   8 ozs
                                egg noodles, cooked
                            
 
                    
                 
             
            
In a large saucepan, combine turkey, mushrooms, and soup. Mix well and heat over medium heat. Cook until bubbly, stirring frequently. Add sour cream. Cook until heated thoroughly but not to a boil. Serve turkey mixture over cooked noodles.
