Pizza Cheese Bread

Adapted from Quick Cooking Magazine 2009

  • 16 ozs Italian white bread, halved lengthwise
  • 2 tbsps Country Crock light spread
  • 2 tbsps parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp pizza seasoning
Pizza Cheese Bread
Preheat oven to 325. Spread the Country Crock evenly over each half of bread; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine parmesan cheese, oil, lemon juice, and pizza seasoning. Mix well. Spread over each half of bread. Place on unprepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
