Pepper Chicken Fettuccine Toss

Adapted from Lite Delight 300 Calories or Less

  • 12 ozs fettuccine
  • 13 ozs chicken breast strips, cooked
  • 1 cup red bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 2 tbsps parmesan cheese
Prepare fettuccine according to package directions; drain. In a large skillet, cook chicken, bell peppers, onions, and salt. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add hot cooked fettuccine and parmesan cheese; tossing to coat.
