Peanut Butter Pretzel Pie

Adapted from Eat Love Everyday

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup margarine, softened
  • 2 tbsps granulated sugar
  • Filling:
  • 15 ozs light vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tbsps hot fudge topping
  • 1/2 cup pretzel sticks, crushed fine
Peanut Butter Pretzel Pie
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9" pie pan with cooking spray; set aside. To prepare crust, combine cracker crumbs, margarine and sugar until crumbly. Spread evenly into pie pan. Bake for ten minutes. Cool. Meanwhile, to prepare filling, combine ice cream and peanut butter. Mix well. Place into pie pan and freeze. In a glass liquid, melt hot fudge topping. Pour evenly over pie. Sprinkle top evenly with crushed pretzels. Freeze pie for three hours or until firm.
