Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a a large skillet, cook celery and onions. Cook until tender but not brown. Remove from heat. Stir in poultry seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Place bread crumbs in mixing bowl. Add onion mixture. Drizzle broth to moisten, tossing lightly. Spread into prepared dish. Bake for 45 minutes, or until lightly browned.
