onions, chopped and cooked

ketchup

bottled lemon juice

pizza seasoning

low-sodium worcestershire sauce

buttery crackers, crushed

ground chicken breast skinless

salt
In a mixing bowl, combine onions, ketchup, lemon juice, pizza seasoning, worcestershire sauce, crushed crackers, chicken breast, and salt. Mix well and shape into two inch balls. Preheat oven to 400. Place meatballs onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve or freeze for later use.
