                                low-fat spaghetti sauce

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x5" loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, parmesan cheese, and parsley. Mix well. Cut one lasagne noodle into three pieces. Place one lasagne noodle and one cut lasagna noodle onto bottom of prepared pan. Cover with layers of 1/4 pasta sauce, 1/4 cottage cheese mixture, and half the shredded cheese. Repeat all layers twice. Bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Let stand ten minutes before serving.
