                                bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

                                fat-free milk

                                low-fat baking mix

                                3 whole
                                eggs

                                2 tbsps
                                margarine, melted

                                1 tsp
                                salt

                                1/4 tsp
                                black pepper
                            
- 
                                1 cup
                                cheddar cheese, shredded
                            
 
             
            
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9" pie pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a food processor, combine milk, baking mix, eggs, margarine, salt, and black pepper. Process for 15 seconds. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top; gently press below surface with a fork. Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
