Creamy Tuna Broccoli and Swiss Sauce

Adapted from Tuna for Today

  • 10 3/4 ozs cream of broccoli soup
  • 5 ozs fat-free evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat swiss cheese
  • 10 ozs frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and cooked
  • 5 ozs tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 12 ozs bow tie pasta, cooked
Creamy Tuna Broccoli and Swiss Sauce
In a large saucepan, combine soup, evaporated milk, and cheese. Mix well and cook over low heat for ten minutes. Add cooked broccoli, tuna, and salt. Mix well and heat until bubbly. Serve over cooked pasta.
