                                Crust:

                                chocolate graham cracker crumbs

                                margarine, melted

                                Filling:

                                12     ozs
                                fat-free cream cheese, softened

                                3/4 cup
                                granulated sugar
                            
- 
                                4     tsps
                                cocoa powder, sifted
                            
- 
                                1     whole
                                egg
                            
- 
                                1     whole
                                egg yolk
                            
- 
                                3     ozs
                                white chocolate chips, chopped
                            
- 
                                3     ozs
                                semisweet chocolate chips, chopped
                            
 
                    
             
            
Preheat oven to 325. Prepare a 6" springform pan with cooking spray; set aside. To prepare crust, combine graham cracker crumbs and margarine. Mix until crumbly. Spread onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool. To prepare filling, combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add cocoa powder, egg, egg yolk, and chocolate chips. Mix well. Spread evenly into crust. Bake for 40 minutes, or until center is set. Cool and then chill for several hours before serving.
