Chicken Twist Salad

Adapted from

  • 8 ozs rotini pasta, cooked
  • 4 ozs chicken breast strips, cooked and cubed
  • 1/2 c onions, chopped
  • 10 ozs frozen peas and carrots combination, thawed
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, onions, and vegetables. Mix well and set aside. In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and sugar. Mix until well blended. Pour over the pasta mixture and mix well again. Cover and chill until ready to serve, mixing occasionally.
