Chicken in Creamy Tomato Sauce With Lingunie

Adapted from Nestle USA

  • 1 lb chicken breast halves skinless, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 30 ozs marinara sauce
  • 5 ozs fat-free evaporated milk
  • 5 ozs parmesan cheese, grated
  • 9 ozs linguine, cooked
Chicken in Creamy Tomato Sauce With Lingunie
In a large nonstick skillet, cook chicken pieces until no longer pink. Add marinara sauce and evaporated milk. Mix well. Cook for 10 minutes, or until heated through. Serve sauce over cooked linguine.
