California Turkey Goulash

Adapted from

  • 3 1/2 ozs Success Boil-in-Bag brown Rice, one bag
  • 4 ozs turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 10 3/4 ozs low-fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
Prepare rice according to package directions. In a saucepan, combine rice, turkey, milk, soup, and water. Mix well. Cook on medium heat. Cover pan and cook three minutes , or until mixture comes to a boil. Continue to cook another three minutes until heated through.
