alphabet pasta, uncooked
In 5-quart saucepan, cook bell peppers, onions, and garlic until tender. Stir in beans, water, chicken broth, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Heat to boiling; then simmer over medium heat for ten minutes. Stir in pasta and cook until done.
