Turkey Veggie Potato Bake

Adapted from Basic American Foods

  • 5 1/4 ozs au gratin potato mix
  • 8 ozs turkey light meat, skinless
  • 7 ozs frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2/3 cup fat-free milk
  • 3 ozs cheddar cheese, shredded
Turkey Veggie Potato Bake
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Place potato slices from mix onto bottom of dish: set aside. In a skillet, cook turkey, peas, and onions until turkey is no longer pink. Place mixture over the potato slices in dish; set aside. In a saucepan, combine water and milk until boiling. Add sauce mix; bring to a boil. Pour mixture evenly over potato mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, or until potato slices are cooked.
