Turkey Burrito Bundles

Adapted from Cookin Quickies

  • 8 ozs turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed
  • 1 1/4 ozs low-sodium taco seasoning mix
  • 16 ozs fat-free refried beans
  • 8 pcs whole wheat tortillas
  • 6 ozs cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 8 ozs picante sauce
Turkey Burrito Bundles
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a small bowl, combine shredded turkey and taco seasoning mix. Spread 1/4 cup refried beans, 1/4 cup turkey, and a tablespoon cheese down center of each tortilla. Roll each tortilla up and place seam-side down into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining turkey over top. Pour picante sauce evenly over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
