                                turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed

                                light mayonnaise

                                light sour cream

                                   1 tbsp
                                yellow mustard

                                   1 tbsp
                                lemon juice

                                     1/4 tsp

In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, ham, celery, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
