Tuna Pasta Salad

Adapted from Taste of Home Magazine

  • 7 ozs elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 9 ozs tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsps yellow mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
Tuna Pasta Salad
In a mixing bowl, combine macaroni, tuna, and onions. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth. Pour over macaroni mixture, tossing to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate several hours.
