Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9" x 13" baking dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, one cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs, basil, and oregano. Mix well. Spread one cup of the sauce over the bottom of the prepared dish. Layer four noodles lengthwise over sauce in the baking dish and one noodle across the end of the dish, completely covering the sauce. Spread 1/3 cottage cheese mixture evenly over the noodles, then sprinkle 1/2 cup cup mozzarella cheese over top. Arrange four more noodles over top. Sprinkle top with half tuna. Place remaining noodles over top. Top with remaining sauce, cottage cheese mixture, tuna, and cheese evenly. Cover and bake for 45 minutes or until heated through.
