                                ground chicken breast skinless

                                1/2 cup
                                onions, chopped

                                8     ozs
                                shell pasta, cooked

                                1 1/4 ozs
                                taco seasoning mix
                            
- 
                                3/4 cup
                                water
                            
- 
                                8     ozs
                                taco sauce
                            
- 
                                1     med
                                iceberg lettuce leaves, shredded
                            
 
                    
             
            
In a large skillet, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Add taco seasoning mix and water. Bring mixture to a boil. Then, simmer for ten minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Stir in taco sauce and cooked pasta. Mix well. Place lettuce on serving plates and then add chicken mixture over top each.
