Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a small baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onions, 10 ounces spaghetti sauce, stuffing, and salt. Shape mixture into a loaf, placing onto prepared baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, for one hour, or until loaf reaches 165 on a meat thermometer. Spread remaining spaghetti sauce evenly over top. Bake for 20 minutes more. Let rest for 15 minutes before cutting into 12 slices.
