Spicy Turkey Noodle Soup

Adapted from Alberto Culver Company

  • 9 c low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash Original Blend seasoning
  • 6 ozs No Yolks egg noodle substitute, uncooked
  • 16 ozs frozen Fiesta Style vegetables, thawed
  • 4 ozs turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed
  • 1 tsp pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
In a large stockpot, bring chicken broth to a boil; reduce heat to medium. Add seasoning and noodle substitute. Cook for eight minutes, or until noodles are done. Reduce heat to low. Add vegetables, turkey, hot pepper sauce, and salt. Simmer 25 minutes, or until heated through.
