Slow Cooker Chicken and Noodles

Adapted from Genera Mills, Inc.

  • 1 lb chicken breast halves skinless, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 16 ozs baby cut carrots
  • 9 ozs frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 10 3/4 ozs low-fat cream of chicken soup
  • 3 ozs egg noodles
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Slow Cooker Chicken and Noodles
In a 5 - quart slow cooker, combine chicken pieces, onions, vegetables, chicken broth, and soup. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for seven hours, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are done. Add noodles last and cook an additional 30 minutes.
