                                ground chicken breast

                                bread crumbs

                                Italian seasoning

                                black pepper

                                sloppy joe sauce mix

                                no-salt-added tomato paste

                                   1 1/2 cups        
                                water

                                mozzarella cheese, shredded

                                submarine buns, halved
                            
 
             
            
In a mixing bowl, combine, chicken, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Shape mixture into small meatballs to fit submarine buns. In a large skillet, brown meatballs until cooked through, or for 15 minutes. Add sloppy joe mix, tomato paste, and water. Mix well. Simmer for 15 minutes or until bubbling. Place meatballs evenly into buns. Spoon sauce over meatballs and sprinkle each with cheese.
