Simple Chicken Soup #2

Adapted from Crock Pot

  • 2 lbs ground chicken breast
  • 28 ozs caned diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 28 ozs chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 16 ozs frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 3 ozs barley
  • 2 tsps pizza seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tsps salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Simple Chicken Soup #2
In a 5-quart slow cooker, combine cooked chicken tomatoes, chicken broth, water, vegetables, barley, pizza seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Cover and cook on high for four hours, or until barley and vegetables are tender.
