Scalloped Turkey & Pasta

Adapted from Quick Fixes from Brand Name Mixes

  • 2 1/4 c water
  • 6 1/4 ozs Pasta Roni Shells & White Cheddar
  • 10 ozs frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 8 ozs turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed
  • 2/3 c fat-free milk
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 450. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. Bring water to a boil. Stir in in pasta from box, and vegetables. Reduce heat to medium. Boil, until pasta is done and liquid has been absorbed; stirring constantly. Add special seasoning packet from box, turkey, milk, and salt. Mix well and continue cooking for three minutes. Spread mixture into prepared dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Bake for 15 minutes, or until edges are browned.
