Sausage and Sauerkraut Pizza

Adapted from General Mills, Inc.

  • 1 lb frozen white bread dough, thawed
  • 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 14 1/2 ozs canned sauerkraut, drained
  • 8 ozs low-fat polish sausage, cut into pieces
  • 8 ozs reduced fat Swiss cheese, shredded
Sausage and Sauerkraut Pizza
Prepare frozen crust according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350. Place crust onto pizza pan; set aside. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard. Mix well. Spread mixture onto pizza crust evenly. Arrange sauerkraut, sausage pieces, and cheese evenly over top. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crust is browned.
