Sausage and Sauerkraut

Adapted from Dump Meals

  • 26 ozs low-fat polish sausage, cut into pieces
  • 32 ozs canned sauerkraut, undrained
  • 30 ozs cabbage, washed and shredded
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 4 ozs bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsps granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Sausage and Sauerkraut
In a 5-quart slow cooker, combine sausage, sauerkraut, cabbage, onions, bacon crumbs, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for five hours, or until heated through.
