Roast Potatoes

Adapted from Public Broadcasting Service

  • 1 lb red potatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Roast Potatoes
Preheat oven to 450. In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Transfer potatoes to baking sheet, cut sides down. Roast for 40 minutes, or until browned
