Ravioli Soup

Adapted from Grandma's Best Loved Recipes

  • 1 lb ground chicken breast
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 14 1/2 ozs canned Italian Style tomatoes, undrained
  • 10 ozs frozen French Style green beans, thawed
  • 10 ozs frozen corn, thawed
  • 9 ozs refrigerated cheese ravioli, cooked
In a large saucepan, cook chicken until no longer pink. Stir in water, chicken broth, salt, and tomatoes. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low and stir in green beans, corn, and cooked ravioli. Simmer for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
