Ramen Chili

Adapted from Ramen Noodle Recipes

  • 2 lbs ground chicken breast, skinless
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 3 tbsps chili powder
  • 3 tbsps pizza seasoning
  • 1 1/4 tsps salt
  • 56 ozs no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 30 ozs canned dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp light brown sugar, packed
  • 6 ozs Ramen noodles only
Ramen Chili
In a skillet, combine chicken, onions, and bell peppers. Cook until chicken is no longer pink. Add to a 5 - quart slow cooker. Stir in chili powder, pizza seasoning, salt, tomatoes, kidney beans, water, and brown sugar. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for five hours, or until heated through Add noodles last and cook an additional 30 minutes on high or until noodles are tender.
