Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • 15 ozs canned pumpkin, chilled
  • 12 ozs fat-free evaporated milk, chilled
  • 6 ozs low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
In a blender, combine pumpkin, milk, yogurt, sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Cover and blend until smooth. Chill one hour before serving.
